Internship for HR & Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,500 in MEP Enviro Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Candidate pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources field or equivalent.

Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a plus!)

Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.

Passionate, attention to detail and people-oriented.

Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced HR environment.

Enjoys talking, connecting, and learning new things

Minimum duration for internship 6 months

Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support onboarding processes and preparation of hiring documents.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and HR databases.

Assist with HR administrative duties and document management.

Assist in coordinating HR events and employee engagement activities.

Provide general assistance to the HR team as required.
