Job Responsilities:-

1. To follow instruction and co-operate with the superior.

2. To ensure related document quality system is understood and implemented.

3. To observe and adhere to the instruction listed on the product logsheet and Manufacturing Instruction Slip.

4. To check and ensure the right type and correct quality of raw materials are used for resin manufacturing.

5. To exercise extreme care and ensure all batches are within the product specification.

6. To carry-out in-process checking and testing in accordance with the standard test methods.

7. To assist in charging of raw materials, cleaning of equipments and any maintenance work.

8. To complete the process logsheet - the process time, parameter, the date, shift, checklist and yield accordingly as stipulated in the logsheet and work instruction.

9. To pack and pump the finished goods in accordance to the instruction given by Supervisor or stated in the logsheet.

10. To strive for higher productivity by minimize spillage, rework, undue delay and produce of non-conforming finished goods.

11. To ensure clear message is relayed to the incoming Shift technician for the smooth flow of the process.

12. To collect, label and submit sample to Quality Control Lab and Research and Development Lab in accordance with the work instruction.

13, To report all breakdown, incident, accident and any injury to the supervisor.

14. To oversee that the operational support assigned to work in Resin Plant is discharging his duty accordingly.

15. To play an active role in achieving our Quality Policy Objective.

16. To inform the forklift driver to take in raw materials and packing material to meet the process needs.

17. To ensure good housekeeping.

18. Any other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.

19. To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EH&S standards and ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.

Job Requirements:-

1. Candidate must possess at least SM/STPM or Certificate in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Candidate must be able to perform permanent 12 hours day or night shift

4. Acquire strong analytical mind

5. Fresh graduates are welcome as well to apply; training will be provided.

6. Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.

7. Full-Time position(s) available.
