Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business growth, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and managing sales pipelines effectively.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings to expand the customer base

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Analyze clients’ business needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements

Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and presentations to support client decision-making

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed sales

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines to close profitable deals

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and sales pipelines for accurate reporting

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction

Work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and collective sales targets contributing to company growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an advantage

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills demonstrated through client engagement and deal closure

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM systems to support sales processes

Willingness to conduct client outreach and attend meetings as required
