Maintenance of DC System(Batteries/UPS/Charger)

Maintenance of Generators

Maintenance of Transformers

Maintenance of excitation system (AVR)

Maintenance of Electrical Motors

Maintenance of switch gear & breaker (415V)

Maintenance of Actuators/Governor

Station lighting, emergency light, exhaust fan and power socket maintenance.

Air Conditioning System Maintenance.

Quarters lighting, ceiling fan, distribution board and power socket maintenance.

Attend & rectify any Instrument defects.

Ensure Safety & Quality Management System implemented & adhered.

To support and implement of the respective ISO Management System in the Department/Station at all times.

Manage and maintain elements of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001,ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 37001, ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and other management system standards based on roles and functions as and when required to meet the ISO standard requirements in order to achieve Company policies and objectives.

Mechanical

To execute maintenance activities related to maintenance equipment and comply with Maintenance Policy, approved budget, operational requirement and legal requirement.

To monitor the execution of all plant equipment overhaul, preventive and corrective maintenance.

To monitor adequate resources for the maintenance activities.

To execute plant trouble shooting and root cause analysis.

To manage the Maintenance Module in Maximo.

To prepare and submit maintenance report and overhaul report.

To manage relevant maintenance records.

To monitor and manage tools calibrate especially section special & personal tools.

To execute list of plant outage activities.

To supervise implementation of risk mitigation through TRIS system and plant equipment life assessment.

To monitor maintenance activities comply with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Healthy, Environment), ICE (Integrity, Commitment, Excellent), regulations compliance as EC, DOE, DOSH.

To manage training need for maintenance staff and development program of staff competency.

To monitor staff to comply and implement adhere ISMS (Integration Standard Management System) standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 27000 & ISO 45000).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / C&I or Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline;
• BEM registration as Graduate Engineer is required; Other professional certification or registration is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site in a multidisciplinary and shift-based environment when required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
