Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.

Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and direct outreach.

Proficiency in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for restaurant operations.

Experience in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and maintain accurate candidate records.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Understanding of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment and hiring in Malaysia.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the Vivo Pizza restaurant chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding processes.

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to build a robust talent pipeline.

Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers across all 20 Vivo Pizza outlets to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes.

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
