Human Resources Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 750 in Iconic Hotel Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Reporting To: Human Resources Manager & Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, data entry and handling HR-related paperwork.
• Support daily HR operations and ensure employee records are properly maintained and updated.
• Learn and assist in using the hotel's HR systems and digital platforms.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements and candidate coordination.
• Gain exposure to basic payroll processes, attendance records, overtime and leave administration.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, staff records, monthly summaries and other HR-related documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation and other HR activities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Executive.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.

Pay: RM750.00 per month
