Full Time Field Service Engineer Jobs, in Dymek Asia-Pacific Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are seeking a technically capable Field Service Engineer to join our team and support our semiconductor capital equipment portfolio in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Your role is to provide on-site technical support to our enterprise clients, and be responsible for hardware installations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. A customer-centered mindset and the ability to resolve technical issues under pressure will be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

1.         Installation and setup of new equipment

2.         Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair

3.         Provide operation and maintenance training to customers

4.         Prepare/record service reports, machine specs, drawings and other related documents.

5.         Liaise with principals for all technical concerns, support and updates.

Qualifications:

1.         Graduate of an engineering course: mechanical, electrical, electronics

2.         With 3 years and above experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in front-end assembly processes such as die attach and automated optical inspection.

3.         Willing to travel locally and abroad

Skill sets:

1.         Problem-solving skills: mechanical, electrical and basic software-related issues

2.         Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks and can work independently

3.         Communication skills, both verbal and written
