Company: MNC – Manufacturing Equipment & Technology
Location: Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang, Johor
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (based on skills and experience)
Employment Type: 6-month to 1-year contract (renewable and convertible to permanent)

Working Hours – Rotating Shifts

AM Shift:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift:
Monday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Friday | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components.
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics and work instructions.
• Carry out functional testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality meets the required standards.
• Record assembly and testing results.
• Support engineers and production teams in daily operations.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 7S practices.
• Assist with equipment installation, troubleshooting and process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / SKM Level 3 in Electrical or a related technical field.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or technician roles is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with a relevant technical background are welcome.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts.
