Service Coordinator (Workshop)

TN Engineering Sdn Bhd is part of Tiong Nam Group, an established Malaysian group with a strong presence in the logistics and transportation industry.
As part of the Group's operations, TN Engineering provides workshop and commercial vehicle support services, contributing to efficient and reliable fleet operations.
We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing Workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workshop service counter operations and service appointments.
- Prepare, issue, update and close workshop job sheets.
- Process vehicle inspection reports and service documentation.
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) to panel workshops and subcontractors.
- Monitor service appointments and follow up on outstanding jobs.
- Verify completed service reports and supporting documents for billing purposes.
- Update parts ordering records in the Work Order (WO) system.
- Maintain accurate workshop records and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, workshop personnel and external parties.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in workshop administration, service coordination or the automotive industry is an advantage.
