Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,453.33 in Inter Island Group Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
• Manage inventory activities and ensure stock levels and records are maintained accurately.
• Ensure goods are properly handled, stored, and transferred according to warehouse procedures.
• Review warehouse workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Work closely with the logistics team and other departments to facilitate efficient movement of goods.
• Track staff performance, provide support, and address operational issues when necessary.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Prepare and update warehouse, inventory, and operational reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a warehouse team effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to resolve day-to-day operational challenges and make sound decisions independently.
