What you will do

• Build and manage long-term relationships with your portfolio of business partners.
• Serve as an inspiring advisor, guiding business partners on how to maximise the value of Flexii.
• Understand customer's operations and anticipate their workforce needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and opportunity volume in a structured manner.
• Partner closely with Business Development, Operations and Product teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Handle customer issues and escalations with a calm, practical and solution-oriented approach.
• Gather customer feedback and turn insights into recommendations for product and service improvements.

What we are lookig for

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A consultative mindset—you enjoy understanding problems before proposing solutions.
• Critical thinker who can connect the dots and make sound decisions.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
• Positive team player who supports colleagues and celebrates team success.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve.

We would love if you have

• Experience in HR Tech, marketplaces, SaaS or the gig economy.
• Experience managing enterprise or multi-site customers.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for helping businesses and workers succeed.
