Requirements
Education: -Diploma, Certificate, or relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
-Relevant experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or renovation projects
Experience: 3-5 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: Car/Van
Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
-Monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
-Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients.
-Plan and monitor daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
-Check the quality and workmanship of construction works.
-Identify and report site issues, defects, delays, and potential problems to the Project Manager.
-Ensure construction activities are completed according to the project schedule.
-Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
-Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
-Enforce site safety rules, procedures, and relevant occupational safety requirements.
-Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
-Monitor delivery and usage of construction materials.
-Check measurements and quantities of completed works where required.
-Assist with site measurements, progress claims, variation orders, and project documentation.
-Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, materials, equipment, and site activities.
-Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
-Coordinate rectification works and ensure defects are properly resolved.
-Handle day-to-day site coordination and resolve minor site issues promptly.
-Perform other duties related to construction operations as assigned by management.
