Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving ability 
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, etc.) 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team 
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage (but not required)
