Full Time QC Inspector Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in SALUTARY AVENUE MANUFACTURING SERVICES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting and monitoring products, materials, and production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements. The role focuses on detecting defects, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
• Identify and report defects, damages, or non-conformance issues.
• Record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation.
• Use measuring tools and testing equipment accurately.
• Coordinate with production team on quality improvement and corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to reduce defects and wastage.
• Ensure all inspections are conducted according to SOP and safety requirements.
• Assist in customer complaint investigation related to product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of inspection equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in QC inspection or manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures and measuring instruments.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or production industry.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts and overtime if required.
