Full Time Flexo Printing Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Printpack (M) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines according to production requirements.
• Prepare printing materials, inks, plates, cylinders, and substrates before production.
• Adjust machine settings such as registration, color density, tension, viscosity, and alignment.
• Monitor print quality throughout production to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot printing defects such as color variation, misregistration, smudging, streaking, and ink issues.
• Perform machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper usage and handling of inks, solvents, plates, and printing materials.
• Maintain accurate production records, machine reports, and downtime reports.
• Minimize material wastage and improve machine efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and production teams to achieve production targets.
• Assist in training junior operators or helpers when required.

Job Requiremnent :

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in flexographic printing operation.
• Experience in packaging manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Familiar with water-based, solvent-based, or UV flexo printing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
