Full Time Process - Manufacturing Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in PECKO (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Production Processes: Analyse existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and Implement Solutions: Develop innovative solutions and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure that all production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through thorough testing, inspection, and documentation.
• Troubleshooting:Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the manufacturing process to minimise downtime and maintain smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation, implementing best practices, and promoting employee involvement in process optimisation initiatives.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
