Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every car has an opened job card
  • Assign the right technician to the correct job
  • Make sure all required parts and tools are complete before work starts
  • Order parts when needed
  • Prepare quotations for parts and Labour charges
  • Communicate with admin regarding billing and payment matters
  • Monitor job progress and update customers when necessary
  • Ensure repair quality and final inspection before vehicle delivery
  • Arrange vehicle handover to customer after completion
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and daily operations

Required Skills:
Knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.)
Attention to detail
Time management skills
