ADMIN EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage students’ registration, attendance, and records.
- Respond to parents’ enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
- Coordinate class schedules and replacement classes.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Assist in report card preparation and assessment records.
- Maintain proper filing systems and office organization.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between parents, teachers, and management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in HR & Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
- Able to speak and write in Tamil.
Education:
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
- Tamil (Preferred)
