Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Honghub Aluminium & Glass Johor - Maukerja

• Manage a full set of accounts, including AP & AR and perform month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities within the given timeline.
• Assist in managing day-to-day account operations such as processing transactions, issuing cheques, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
• Process monthly billing claims and payments.
• Coordinate and liaise with related departments on accounting matters.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Perform checking & posting on Inter-Company billing transactions & reconciliation.
• Maintain organised & proper filling system.
• Assist ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, or a Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA, MICA, ICAEW or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience from audit/tax background is highly desired.
• Experience in a property development or construction company is an added advantage.
