Job description:

We are looking for dedicate and proactive Facility and Maintenance Executive to join our team. If you have passion for managing building maintenance and ensuring facilities run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Source and oversee service providers, contractor, and material suppliers for building maintenance and repair works.
• Supervise general workers on floor and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• handle emergencies promptly and remain on standby for off-hours incidents.
• Manage management/guest queries and feedback professionally and amicably.
• Oversee renovations, refurbishment, and and building projects time to time.
• Perform repairs in regards to complaints received from guests or staffs and keep permanent records of same by using work order form.
• Assign his or her regular staff to expedite production schedules and is responsible for delays and back log of deferred maintenance.
• Conduct and perform monthly safety inspections and meetings as outlines in the report.
• Update Head of Operations informed of current corrections to annual Physical Inspections conducted by the team.
• Perform and coordinate painting and repairs works in a timely manner.
• Supervise suboardinate ensure all project and checklist are in progress.

Requirements :-

• Experience In electrical, plumbing or air conditioning.
• Must be hands on and a good example to team
• Good communication skill and leadership skills.
• At Least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
