Intern - Leasing (Paradigm Mall JB) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,100 in Paradigm Mall Management Johor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including filing, handling new leasing inquiries, following up with potential tenants, managing correspondence, and collecting tenant documentation.
• Assist with pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters, including preparing and issuing Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and Supplementary Agreements as needed.
• Follow up with solicitors on all relevant documents until the Tenancy Agreement (TA), License Agreement (LA), or Supplementary Agreement (SA) is fully executed by both parties.
• Maintain and update tenant information in the system and other manual reports as required.
• Take on additional assignments as directed by Management from time to time.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Studies, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Position is based in Paradigm Mall JB.
• Internship period 3 - 6 months.
