Position: Accountant Executive (Full Set Accounting)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage E-Invoice processes, including preparation, submission, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle Sales and Service Tax (SST) submissions, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings, statutory reports, and other compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in administrative and finance-related operational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience handling full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in Million accounting software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, E-Invoice, SST regulations, and statutory compliance in Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
