Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or higher with 3 years working experience in the retail fields.

  • Self-motivated, reliable & independent.

  • Understand Government related processes, requirement and policies.

  • Analytical and adaptable with high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Possess good knowledge in statutory financial reporting standards 

  • Possess a good command of English in both oral & written. 

  • Knowledge in Accounting system. 

  • Prepared to work hard to meet tight reporting & audit deadlines

  • To take ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required.

  • Ability to multi-task and to work in an environment of diverse culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions within the company. 

  • Maintain general ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounts reconciliation.

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports  

  • Fixed assets tracking and monitoring 

  • Work with internal and external auditors 

  • Ensure accurate monthly inventory counts and updating in the system. 

  • Prepare petty cash voucher, distributing claims & reimbursement claims summary for approval. 

  • Check and verify statement of accounts and send to customers.

  • Prepare payments & collect from customers outstanding dues.

  • Any other duties assigned by the Director / Superior
