Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or higher with 3 years working experience in the retail fields.
Self-motivated, reliable & independent.
Understand Government related processes, requirement and policies.
Analytical and adaptable with high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess good knowledge in statutory financial reporting standards
Possess a good command of English in both oral & written.
Knowledge in Accounting system.
Prepared to work hard to meet tight reporting & audit deadlines
To take ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required.
Ability to multi-task and to work in an environment of diverse culture.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions within the company.
Maintain general ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounts reconciliation.
Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
Fixed assets tracking and monitoring
Work with internal and external auditors
Ensure accurate monthly inventory counts and updating in the system.
Prepare petty cash voucher, distributing claims & reimbursement claims summary for approval.
Check and verify statement of accounts and send to customers.
Prepare payments & collect from customers outstanding dues.
Any other duties assigned by the Director / Superior
