Through this two-year immersive development journey, MTs will undergo a comprehensive blend of theoretical learning and hands-on practical experience. You will evolve into a strategic thinker and a skilled manager, gaining deep expertise in our core product lines—including advanced filtration packages and specialized control card repair services.

As an MT, you will support critical operations for global giants in the Power, Oil & Gas industries across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven Performance: Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
