Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Update databases, spreadsheets, and company records.
  • Maintain accurate employee or operational records.
  • Assist with attendance records and leave administration.
  • Support onboarding or employee documentation.
  • Ensure proper document control and filing.
  • Support audits or compliance documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma.
  • 1–3 years administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Basic report writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manufacturing experience will be added advantages.
  • Fresh graduates are often welcome.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
