Full Time Civil Construction Engineer - Engineering Company Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in AP GLENN Johor - Maukerja

Position: Civil Construction Engineer
Salary Package: RM3,500 - RM4,000
Working Location: Masai, Johor
Company Background: Engineering Company
Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) + Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)

Job Descriptions:
· Assist in planning construction activities according to project schedules and technical requirements.
· Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within the stipulated timeline.
· Participate in site meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
· Prepare work programs, manpower planning, and construction sequencing.
· Supervise daily site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
· Resolve site coordination issues and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
In charge of documentation & reporting
Monitor usage of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site.

Requirements
Must graduate from Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Strong knowledge of site construction methods, earthworks,
· concrete, utilities, surveying, and temporary works.
· Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read drawings and use basic surveying instruments.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email); familiarity with project management or reporting tools is a plus.
· Able to work on-site in varying weather
· Valid driver’s license is required

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
