Full Time Commis (Hotel) Jobs, in Four Points By Sheraton Johor Bahru Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in preparing for banquets, events, and daily service operations.
• Continuously learn and improve culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
