Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Working hour: 8:00am to 5:45pm (Monday to Friday)

About the role

Fiffy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern (Business Studies / Administration) to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and business support to our dynamic organisation based in Masai, Johor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the company’s operations.

What you'll be doing

1.Business Admin Intern

  • Support senior staff in monitoring daily sales and bank transaction statuses across all branches

  • Assist in generating and maintaining banking information within internal systems

  • Coordinate dispatch, courier services, and document distribution between HQ and branches

  • Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

  • Generate and verify membership and voucher codes, ensuring correct allocation to branches

  • Process and record transaction documents, including stock-in acknowledgements (consignment), return notes, and stock conversion notes

  • Support the preparation and processing of local purchase orders

  • Maintain proper organization and filing of hardcopy documents

2.Merchandising Intern

Document Management & Filing

  • Organize, file, and maintain merchandising documents systematically for easy retrieval

Purchase Preparation Support

  • Assist in verifying product purchase details

  • Update purchase planning records

  • Support the review of supplier quotations and preparation of comparison sheets

Accuracy & Data Checking

  • Verify item details, barcodes, pricing, and quantities before submission

  • Track documentation flow between departments

Organization & Coordination

  • Maintain product information, samples, and supplier records

  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and product discussions

General Department Support

  • Participate in ad-hoc merchandising projects and assignments

  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or a related field

  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
