Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Coordinator located in Kota Tinggi. The Site Coordinator will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate between various stakeholders, and ensure that projects are executed on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing logistics, monitoring progress, ensuring safety compliance, addressing site issues, and maintaining clear lines of communication with project managers and team members.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Site Management skills, with the ability to handle on-site logistics and ensure smooth operational workflows
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Compliance standards to ensure worksite adherence to industry regulations
• Strong organizational and Communication skills to effectively liaise with project stakeholders and team members
• Problem-Solving and Leadership skills to address challenges and make decisions in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in Reporting and Documentation for accurate record-keeping of projects and site activities
• Ability to work on-site in Kota Tinggi, with flexibility to handle full-time responsibilities
• Experience in construction, engineering, or related fields is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred
