The Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to build Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Ideal candidates will be highly independent, have strong technical expertise in Dynamics365 and Microsoft Power Platform, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Design and develop scalable customizations, including plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and Power Automate, aligned with business and architectural best practices.

• Own system integration and data strategy, covering APIs, third party integrations, and data migration while ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Administer and govern the CRM environments, including configuration, security design, ALM, deployments, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation

• Drive technical excellence and stakeholder collaboration, including solution architecture discussions, mentoring, code reviews, effort estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Skills

• 2+ years of experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing). • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security concepts.

• Skilled in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

• Proficient in workflow and business process flow development.

• Experienced in working with APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) • Strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or any other related fields. Alternatively, relevant technical work experience or certifications will suffice (see below).

• Microsoft Certifications (not required but highly preferred):

o Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901, PL-900)

o Dynamics 365 Developer Associate (MB-400)

o Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (MB 210/220/230)

o Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

o Any other relevant Microsoft certifications
