Quality Engineer (QE)

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain QMS (ISO13485/ISO9001), conduct internal, customer and regulatory audits, manage full processes of deviation, change, CAPA and non-conforming products.
2. Manage full-range quality inspection for incoming materials, in-process and finished goods, analyze quality issues via 8D/RCA, and close customer complaint corrective actions.
3. Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ validation of equipment and processes, compile inspection standards, SOPs and other system documents.
4. Collaborate to implement on-site EHS compliance, identify risks of production safety and environmental protection, and follow up rectifications after safety inspections.
5. Drive cross-functional quality & safety improvement projects, and submit monthly quality & compliance reports.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above in science & engineering; minimum 2 years QE experience in manufacturing, medical device background preferred.
2. Familiar with QMS procedures and common quality tools, with basic knowledge of EHS management.
3. Good written & spoken English for reading engineering drawings, system documents and audit materials.
4. Meticulous logical thinking, capable of problem investigation and cross-departmental task implementation.
