Operations Executive (Carton Box Manufacturing)

Location: Senai, Johor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily factory operations at our carton box manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in production planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient workflows, cost control, and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of factory operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of customer orders.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory; manage stock replenishment and liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent material availability.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, and shipment planning.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery to customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Assist in maintaining machinery performance, factory safety standards, and overall product quality.
• Prepare and update operational reports, including production output and inventory status.
• Work closely with the production and management teams to identify process improvements and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of production, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
