Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, equipment, and building facilities to ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Machine Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery (e.g., conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems).
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule to reduce machine breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in production equipment.
- Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of new machines or equipment.
2. Building & Facilities Maintenance:
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical panels, and building infrastructure.
- Conduct general repairs (minor repair)
- Ensure power distribution systems and backup generators are in working condition.
- Inspect and maintain compressed air systems, water pumps, and drainage systems.
- Assist in emergency maintenance and disaster recovery procedures.
- Work closely with the engineering team on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- SKM Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance (preferred).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, production machinery, or facilities upkeep.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical training may be considered.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of PLC systems, motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Basic building facilities repair.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (Preferred)
