Job description

We are looking for an Executive, Quality Control who will be a firm advocate of quality in our business, making our customers enjoy our merchandise so that our company can achieve long-term success. Your duties will include verification of all incoming and outgoing vehicles as well as inspection of procedures.

You should possess a trained eye for detail, be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and excellent comprehension of quality standards are also required.

Your Day to Day Task:

• To assist our registered dealer during car collection.
• To verify any dealer complaint related to technical issues (Engine, transmission problem, mechanical or electrical issue) include exterior and interior parts.
• Provide QC justification on any dealer complaints.
• Negotiate and discuss with our dealer regarding the car issue.
• To troubleshoot and handle repairs for cars that need to be repaired.
• Do the car inspection before handling the car to the dealers.
• Do car re-inspection and maintenance schedule.

Your Know How:

• To have automotive background or experienced related to motor vehicle
• Body & Paint basic knowledge, car accident checking is advantage
• Possess knowledge about car part price and labour cost is advantage
• Driving license is mandatory requirement
• Able to communicate well and follow instruction from the superior
• Able to work on public holiday and weekend
• Candidate must work at Segamat Branch
• Applicable for Men Only

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
