Full Time Procurement Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ASIA ROOFING INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers for roofing materials, steel products, battens, and related items.
• Compare pricing, lead times, and supplier terms to ensure competitive purchasing.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and assist in sourcing new suppliers when required.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, supply issues, and vendor-related matters.
• Support cost-saving initiatives through supplier comparison and negotiation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare purchasing and procurement reports as required by management.

Requirements
Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, steel, construction, or related industries is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
