JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct price comparisons to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate with internal departments on procurement requirements
• Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Support vendor communication and vendor performance monitoring
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approval processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for purchasing transactions and supplier information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience, especially in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
