Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operation trainee, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di SN EXPRESS SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

1. Assist with daily hub/warehouse operations, including parcel **sorting, scanning, bagging, loading and unloading**.

2. Monitor daily **inbound and outbound parcel flow** and ensure operations run according to schedule.

3. Assist the Operation Supervisor in **manpower arrangement and task allocation**.

4. Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and operational performance.

5. Ensure all team members follow company **SOP and safety procedures**.

6. Assist in checking **delivery, pickup, pending and problem parcel status**.

7. Prepare and update daily **operation reports and data**.

8. Identify operational issues and report them to the Operation Supervisor/Manager.

9. Coordinate with drivers, riders, warehouse staff and other departments to resolve operational issues.

10. Learn to handle **team supervision and basic people management**.

11. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization and efficiency of the operation area.

12. Perform other operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
