Full Time QMS Engineer - Sr Engineer Jobs, in V.S. Industry Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve the management system in compliance with applicable ISO standards, customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits, and support external, customer and certification audits.
• Manage Non-Conformance (NCR), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including root cause analysis, corrective action follow-up and effectiveness verification.
• Control and maintain documentation and records, including procedures, work instructions, forms and quality-related documents.
• Monitor QMS performance, quality objectives and KPIs, and prepare relevant reports for management review.
• Support risk management, process improvement and continual improvement initiatives to enhance QMS effectiveness and operational performance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of QMS requirements and timely closure of audit findings and quality issues.
• Provide QMS awareness and training to employees and support the development of a strong quality culture within the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in QMS or Quality Assurance.
• Good knowledge of management system such as ISO 9001 and experience in QMS implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Experience in internal auditing, external/customer audits.
• Familiar with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, 8D, Pareto, FMEA and PDCA.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good documentation and reporting skills.
