Full Time Assembly Process Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in Classic Advantage Johor - Maukerja

1. Job Objective

• To support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities for the assembly production line.
• To provide day-to-day engineering support to Assembly Production, ensuring stable processes, improved efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

• Improve production efficiency and productivity through the implementation of new or enhanced processes.
• Ensure all customer quality requirements are achieved and maintained.
• Set up production lines, including process parameters, tooling, and fixture support.
• Perform technical analysis to determine root causes of issues and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Support NPI builds, engineering builds, and product transfer activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production operations and continuous improvement.

3. Reports Produced

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly production and process performance reports
• Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) documentation
• Engineering analysis and corrective action reports

4. Critical Success Factors

• Strong understanding of assembly processes and secondary processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High commitment to work quality, accuracy, and meeting timeline

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
