Full Time AO Chargeman (Manufacturing) - Senai Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in PERSOL Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager in project co-ordination and daily operation Facility.
• Responsible to review and conduct performance tracking in house PM check list and contractual facility services contractor and verify after service / check list / service report & history record.
• Monitor history & checklist records before due date / follow schedule for servicing.
• Provide relevant technical support and services to all departments.
• Responsible for verifying environmental monitoring data and utility consumption monitoring data each building.
• To adhere all related procedures / activities QMS and EHS implementation.
• Liaised with the federal & local government authorities for licensing & certification purpose.
• Energy saving program - ENERGY EFFICIENCY CONSERVATION ACT (EECA) / Lean mind set / positive mind set in workplace / stand by break down call if necessary.
• Maintains the operations of the facility on weekdays, evenings, and weekends in the absences of Facility Manager.
• Ensures all policies and procedures of the facility are enforced and resolves concerns, conflicts, and problems of the patrons ensuring that services are provided in a professional and safe manner.
• Oversees building security and responds to all center emergencies; ensures patron and staff safety; may include snow removal or other necessary duties by (Supervises, supports, and assists staff).
• Conducts regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance and security.
• To perform any others task assigned by Internal ad hoc requested from time to time.

Job Specification

• AO Chargeman is preferred or Diploma in related field.
• Electrical and Building Maintenance & Facilities.
• 3-5 years' experience in Production/Process Department, specialization in Facilities M & E background.
• Chargeman AO & BO certificate is added advantage.
• Energy Efficiency Conservation Act (EECA).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
