Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Power Root Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

• Inbound & Quality Management: Oversee the unloading of raw materials from suppliers. Verify quantities against packing lists, inspect items for damage, and coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure materials pass inspection before being cleared for production.
• Production Line Supply: Coordinate the timely picking, staging, and dispatching of raw materials to the manufacturing floor according to the daily production schedule.
• Inventory & Rotation Control: Enforce strict inventory management protocols, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), to prevent material degradation or obsolescence.
• Traceability & WMS Upkeep: Ensure all incoming raw materials are properly labeled (e.g., lot numbers, batch codes, barcodes) and tracked accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.
• Storage Optimization: Maximize warehouse space efficiency based on material types, ensuring appropriate storage conditions (e.g., climate control, hazardous material isolation) are maintained.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations (OSHA standards) regarding the handling of bulk materials, chemical storage, and the operation of material-handling equipment like forklifts and reach trucks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experienced in warehouse operations, inventory control and material handling.
• Able to operate forklift and reach truck.
• Good knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, stock control and dispatch processes.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Able to supervise warehouse team and coordinate daily operations.
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to be hands-on in warehouse operations.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
