Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in KAIFA TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning adequate resources
• Monitoring progress
• Resolving problems
• Reporting shift production status To follow up material with store.
• Control and discipline leaders and operators.
• Manpower arrangement and allocation of production.
• To ensure machines running with good quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all lot closes according to the schedule.
• Arrange reject PCBA/ WIP for repairing / debugging.
• Update the daily production report and follow up the status.
• To ensure production housekeeping done.
• All others matter as required by superior.
• Work closely with other shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated Timely completion of production plan

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least SPM with 3 years of related working experience / Certificate / Diploma in related field with 1 years working experience.
• Computer literate. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000, ISO14001 and OSHAH, ISO 13485 are and added advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels.
• Willing to work on shift overtime.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Candidate must have good judgment skills and creative planning ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
