Job Scope
- Handle customer enquiries and orders
- Prepare quotations and sales orders
- Follow up on orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with Sales, Production & Logistics
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
Requirements
- Çertificates/Diploma/Degree in related field is an advantage
- Customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Responsible, organized and customer-oriented
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
