What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and supporting daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operate machinery and production equipment according to approved work instructions and SOPs.
• Follow production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery.
• Perform production processes according to established work instructions and quality requirements.
• Conduct basic product inspection and quality checks during the production process.
• Ensure proper handling of materials, products, tools, and production equipment.
• Maintain good 5S, housekeeping, workplace discipline, and safety practices.
• Comply with company policies, ISO requirements, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Receive and follow instructions from Line Leaders and Production Supervisors accurately.
• Report production, quality, equipment, or material issues to the Line Leader or Supervisor promptly.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards at the assigned production line.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking ForEducation

• Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
• Technical Certificate or Vocational Training in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

• Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Skills & Competencies

• Able to understand and follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of product inspection and quality checking.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify basic quality issues.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.
