Full Time Production Technician – Manufacturing - Automation Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in NF FORWARD Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Johor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our automated production lines, including machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance and production support.

This is a hands-on position suitable for someone who has experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and enjoys solving machine and production problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain automated production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and production equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspection of production machines.
• Support machine setup, adjustment, changeover and production start-up.
• Identify and resolve equipment problems to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure stable production operation.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in equipment improvement, modification and automation projects.
• Maintain proper records of machine maintenance, breakdowns and repairs.
• Follow company safety procedures and production requirements.
• Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated production equipment is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve machine problems independently.
• Able to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( OT will be strongly reuqested )

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
