Full Time Moulding Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Rosti IMS Johor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Fully responsible for molding process control to achieve the production targets and meets the quality requirements.
• Support for molding efficiency improvement to achieve the KPI.
• Check all the settings, set correct parameter of injection molding machine
• Ensure first-off sample approved by QA according to the setting sheet
• Check and control the process settings during the mass production, ensuring product quality are met.
• Analysis the quality problems of all molding parts; find the root cause and to take correct action.
• Daily maintenance according to Tooling Checklist in Process
• Assist and participate in new tooling trial run

Job Requirement

• Minimum Skills Certificate graduate with minimum 3 years of working experience in related capacity.
• Possess good skill in setting up the molding machine.
• Experience in the manufacturing of plastic parts and assemblies; lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
