Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Write clear, friendly scripts for short videos, reels, and Instagram Stories that match our wellness voice.
• Produce and edit short-form video using mobile tools or basic editing software, keeping runtimes and captions platform-ready.
• Create on-brand graphics and captions for posts, adapting content for different social channels.
• Maintain a simple content bank of raw assets and final files for future reuse.

Social & Community

• Manage daily social posting with an organized content calendar and timely captions.
• Engage with comments and messages in a helpful, brand-consistent manner and flag common audience questions.
• Support small community campaigns, including giveaway logistics and collaborator outreach.
• Coordinate with the design and wellness teams to ensure content accuracy and tone.

Project Support & Analytics

• Track basic post metrics and summarise weekly performance into short, actionable notes.
• Help set up simple A/B tests for captions or thumbnails to learn what resonates.
• Assist with small admin tasks like scheduling shoots, booking talent, and preparing release forms.
• Contribute ideas in creative reviews and help turn feedback into next steps.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0 years of work experience is acceptable; prior internship or university project work is a plus.
• Available for the full internship period and able to commit to agreed weekly hours.
• Portfolio links or samples of writing, videos, or social posts are highly encouraged.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Script Writing, Digital Content Creation, and Social Media Marketing as core skills.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or basic Premiere Pro, and Canva for graphics.
• Comfort using social analytics dashboards like Facebook Insights or simple Google Analytics reports.
• Basic understanding of content planning tools and publishing workflows.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and verbal communication, with attention to tone and audience fit.
• Curiosity and openness to feedback, willing to iterate on creative work.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple small tasks.
