Full Time Logistics Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in CAPE EMS BERHAD Johor - Maukerja

About the role

This role involves liaising with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, MITI, chambers of commerce and other government agencies on import, export and regulatory applications. You will ensure full compliance with Malaysian Customs requirements and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations, and prepare and submit monthly LMW reports, annual reports, licence renewals and other required regulatory documentation accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, MITI, chambers of commerce and other government agencies on import, export and regulatory applications
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Customs requirements and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations
• Prepare and submit monthly LMW reports, annual reports, licence renewals and other required regulatory documentation accurately and on time
• Support applications and documentation relating to import and export approvals, exemptions and permits
• Ensure compliance with Strategic Trade Act (STA), Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and other applicable trade requirements
• Advise internal departments on customs, import, export and trade compliance matters
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve compliance-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for regulatory reporting, inspections and audits
• Communicate and negotiate with Customs and relevant authorities regarding import and export approvals

About you

• SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, customs compliance or a related industry
• Knowledge of LMW requirements, STA export controls and FTA procedures is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Computer literate and able to prepare reports and regulatory documentation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Resourceful, proactive, assertive and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and commitment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good interpersonal, writing and presentation skills

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
