Full Time Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) (Metal) in Senai Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Persol Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare 8D / CAPA reports.
• Monitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Support QA activities, including internal audits, quality inspections, and QMS compliance.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and customer complaints.
• Maintain quality documentation and prepare regular quality reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in CQE, QA, Quality Engineering, or QC.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
