Full Time Senior Learning - Development Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Power Root Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and coordinate external and public training programs by liaising with third-party training providers, including program sourcing, quotation evaluation, registration, scheduling and overall training arrangements.
• Design and deliver internal training programs covering GMP, GDP, Food Safety, Safety & Health, ISO and Anti-Bribery.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans aligned with competency gaps, KPI requirements and business objectives.
• Partner with HODs and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement learning solutions that support organizational performance.
• Develop training modules, competency matrices, OJT programs and training effectiveness evaluations.
• Manage HRD Corp grants, claims, documentation and related compliance requirements.
• Prepare and monitor the annual L&D budget.
• Lead the Internal TTT Program to develop and strengthen the organization's pool of internal trainers.
• Lead organization wide development initiatives including Leadership Development, Critical Thinking, Team Building, Work Life balance, Sports and Health programs.
• Manage internship programs and support employee development activities.
• Participate in Safety and Food Safety committees.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Training & Development or a related field.
• Certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in training coordination, TNA, training evaluation and employee development programmes.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
